With all due respect, I don't know how long you've been in the market mate BUT I can tell you one thing, in all my years of trading (not a long time but about a decade now easy) I have NEVER seen a company on the ASX release an Ann to the market stating that 'Yes we've stuffed bigtime and we're sorry' etc lol.....The SAME ol' story gets regurgitated over and over again like SRK today....We believe the other party has no merits and we are willing to vigirously defend this in Court etc!!!
What do you want them to say, we're sorry Shareholders, we've made a cok-up and breached 1 major condition of the AF Shareholders Agreement and forget about the extra 17.15 lol.....Umm I don't think so :):):)
Anyhow guys, I think we'll clearly be hearing about this soon. IMHO this will be going to Court in Peru by the sounds of things.....The Dyers sound serious and it looks like they're gonna go for us by the sounds of the Ann today!!!
