stevieg08, I disagree with you. I think the last sentence is the main reason why D&C have got no legal chance. IAC is clearly a related party to MAPSA as the company is made up of all the shares transferred by MAPSA. And MAPSA is a shareholder in AF.
Unless D&C are connected and can pull some legal rabbit out of the hat, I really cannot see what their claim is.
But stranger things have happened.
Unfortunately, there is not much Strike can do about this until either D&C drop their claim or the matter is resolved in courts.
Until this issue is resolved, Strike shares will go only one way: south.
Which is really sad because we are now at the stage where things were just starting to get really exciting.
