With all due respect redember, what else would you expect them to come out and say lol :)
You're definately right, we need the facts and more will be revealed in Claims by D&C presuming they decide to take the issue further (obviously not a certainty).
HOWEVER, no-one here yet has been able to answer my questions on IAC....perhaps you could ask your contacts at SRK redember :)
