Has anyone had dealings with the new complaints authority re banking issues. Report shows they are receiving 1000 complaints week. I know of one case that has gone from FOS to COS to ARFA and still not resolved after 18 months. How many staff are they going to need to get the complaints resolved. Matt Comry CEO of the CBA asked for the public to send him complaints about the CBA's practices. They received 10,000 complaints in two weeks.
