At this stage we don't have any financials on the proposed backdoor listing.

The presentation seems to be all over the place in terms of what the final capital structure will look like.

I am remaining open minded about any proposed deal when and if it is announced to shareholders. It will come done to how the financial metrics stack up.

But as with any re-listing/IPO there is no price guarantee and sharemarket performance will be subject initially to supply & demand and any broker support.
