    The extension of time relates to prospectus supplementary info from page 62 @ 5 (Risks)

    •NXR have included more info on historical data of tenements, risks associated, restrictions etc
    •A solicitors report on tenements (steinpries & Paganin)
    •An independent assurance report from auditor.
    •More detailed info on material contracts
