Too true....but lets play hypothetical as to y this has popped up now.

NXR - only real asset value is as a shell for ASX listing and / or the 40% WBT ownership possibility of 100%...maybe.

NXR - backed into a corner (own doing and / or with WBT assist?) to be suspended and appearing to grind slowly to delist. None of us want that obv.

NXR - only way to relist as we know is with $ and meeting listing rules.

NXR - top heavy BOD & major SH being Chinese and no doubt with various Chinese connections.

WBT - used up a substantial amount of NXR & SH $ to fund R&D, testing and commercialisation (maybe one day?). Testing appears to be just getting dragged out - to what end? They owe NXR but suggest prob can't repay?

WBT - we don't know full position as private Co. suffice to say you would not think they can continue for too much longer without an injection of some sort. Interest in the tech still? 3rd party(ies) around?

WBT - appears may have some of their own well connected SH's, some even very well versed in the ASX spec landscape and maneuverings.

AFD - do they want NXR as purely backdoor to ASX listing after last IPO attempt? Do they want the tech (if interest is indeed around)? Or do they maybe want both?

All I see so far is a doc outlining a "possibility" and until see an ASX vetted presso & prospectus I can't conclude too much. Suffice to say, how many exist NXR holders be happy to walk away at 15, 25, 50c if they did actually relist at that (though, not holding my breath haha). Would there be an almighty dump and would someone(s) be mopping up? Is there actually tech control play here in background if there still is genuine interest out there for WBT tech?

Guess we wait to see what comes out...if anything.

Did some quick scouting about - couple of basic links if want to go through. Appears Australia U Range Inv Group were orig involved with AFD and was an ATO winding up notice in 2015 but appears U Range Invest Group is around as either sep entity or a phoenix? Are they involved again? There is a number of Yunnan Baoer named Co's out there too including a Yunnan Baoer Tech Co...haven't dug enough to find any linking between a lot of this yet.
