I'm still getting my head around the report. I am not and have never been a beaurocrat so it takes time to translate into plain english.

I will post a detailed analysis, once I work it out.

In short, the recommendations clearly point out the advantages of Quantiferon over TST and open the gates for the various military health departments to switch over.

An important point is that (as we had already seen in the transcripts) the AFEB strongly recommends that once a decision is made to switch over to QFTB then the entire military system should progress down this path.

It seems that the first areas to switch over will be "post deployment (ie those returning from overseas) and recruiting"

In summary:

The road to substantial sales in the military still has some length in front of us but the AFEB have just run a bulldozer in front of us to smooth the way.
