I think it is fine. A matter of tactics.
You file some affidavits so your oponents have one idea of what your tack is going to be. They prepare for that tack.
Then, when little time is left, you file the more difficult ones to counter. They get seven days. Not much time in many cases. Might as well keep them off balance and then scramblin' when it hits.
Not sayin' that is what is happening, but it is something I would do.
