EQX & SDL had no MOU in place.
It will be interesting to see whether Hanlong will allow EQX access to the rail line and port so that EQX can move it's IO from Badondo.
Wouldn't it be great if EQX drilled Badondo, delineated a resource, sold it to Hanlong, and used the funds to take over AKI? Just thinking out loud here. That way EQX can focus on one area where they have access to infrastructure that will not be owned by the Chinese, and take up all of AKI's tenements as well.
As an SDL shareholder, I'm quite disappointed that the T/O is going to drag out until May 2012 sometime.
