I assume that you know about matters like substantial shareholding notices. It would surprise me if Ostergaard and Mr Yogi have not changed their holdings (in absolute terms as well as in percentage terms) as a result of the capital raising. What's the time limit for notifying the exchange ? When I worked in the rackets it was five business days. Does that still apply ?
