While we are talking about loyalty programs,I would have thought they should have developed their relationship with booking.com.
They are arguably the largest accommodation website in the world!
That has been a dud!
Why?
There obviously is nothing in it for booking.com
Also,talk about competition,they have been out gunned in the pure telco space.
The competition in the loyalty space is just as fierce.
That only leaves the enterprise arena.
This I know little about!
