Wow, very few companies will put anything in writing particularly when asked about future news/deals!
People hoard, hide, duplicate, forward and then suddenly it re appears again either on a public forum (which it was never meant for) or in some form of legal action!
I have found emails are a big waste of time!!
If you want to find out/get reassurance ring them up or even better pay them a visit!
