If there is one thing you should learn in negotiation is that you should never bid against yourself.....as I previously opined the Affinity guys are babes in the woods -- too much money and too little real experience to be Masters of the Universe. So, now they have bid 4.68 to CDO and thus effectively to the market. That means that we have an even bigger pad. I expect this fight to heat up and CDO to keep going up. In my opinion only of course but this is such a classic PE screwup!
