can't say I've been in this position before so I'm only guessing.
I'd say once BoA allow it then it will be a knock on effect of instos unwinding and not wanting to burn eachother. From how I understand the notes, they pay a 16-20% premium at the maturity date, so it does make sense to raise the price by then, which is 7 years.
I could have completely misunderstood the notes though so please correct me if I'm wrong.
