    In 6 months of the FY21 year, zips customer growth rate more than halved.

    around the same time of the rebrand, and the same time affirm announced their exclusivity with Walmart (who dropped layaway to stick with affirm), and their exclusive partnership with Amazon and shopify.

    Klarna also announced their partnership with Simon which will impact all competitors in 2022.

    as data will show, there has been a drop off of e-commerce/online sales, back to bricks and mortar shopping. This will benefit Square/Afterpay more than zip and affirm IMO.

    it will make a very interesting 12 months for zip as they continue to burn through cash and increase their expenses in two of their largest economies - UK and US
