    The Australian property market is definitely driven by the confidence that houses will contine to rise and this confidance is driven by the polices of both major parties.

    As you have shown that a wage earner in NSW can not buy a house, so why would a wager earner ever enspire on own a home with so many uncertainty, except for the fear of missing out, this has been shoved down their throats without an alternative solutions to growing wealth.

    I see people in their 60s that don,t have any idea about home economics and they pass that way of living to the next generation, our education system has truely let them down.

    Has anyone heard of compounding interest any more.

    As about 60% of the population are buying or own a property, I can not see the current housing policies changing.

    Its up to the 30% who have no ownership to vote for change, its certainly not with the LNP or the ALP
