Gstman that great release more land thats fine, but in a place like Melbourne there building 60km from the CBD. Houses out there are cheap anyway $295G for a basic new house and land. But for some reason people want to live in close to to the city and when the cities get bigger such as Melb and SYD you have to pay to live closer. And what really annoys me about Swan is if the Gov took away all of there taxes house would go do down 70g I noticed the sly fox made no mention of this. As far as I am concerned build all the cheap housing they like just not near me and thank god I live far away from those sort of suburbs.
