Agree Rewind that is the risk. However if that happens the ordinary share holders as screwed as well. So really what do you lose.
I don't see this as anywhere to put new money (to risky)but if you are holding (I am from $7 unfortunately) maybe converting to notes is a good strategy to try and claw something back.
No Silver Bullet but the best of what is available here I think.
