ace--there is no market cap clause,that has been completely removed,the companys stated target is 400mill or less ,emphasis is on the less,however the consortium retain charge over the assets,in the usa new regulations are now in force regarding shorting,so australian stocks are likely to get hammered by o/s funds,i doubt afg will be of any interest,look at some of the miners including bhp,everyone has a motive for posting
