Well that is the question. I have other funds/investments..... and this one is doing very well......however, the dividend payout usually caps the price range in stable blue chip companies. The banks are paying 5-6% plus.....telstra similar......AFG at say 4% would be nice, but that equates to a 2 dollar share price for fair value! Thus the thinking to sell and buy back a dollar lower!
