Looking pretty bullish today. And considering how much growth potential there is with Connective merger (ability to push massive volume to their white label and mortgage securitised products), I think there is a lot of potential for growth.
Also most lenders are paying trail commission for clients that have chosen to take a 6 month repayment holiday. And I suspect we will see a large number of refinances, fixed rates are very tempting and brokers will need a way to make up the income they are losing from new home sales. So I expect that H2 numbers will be higher than most probably predict.
Interesting that there has been some large cross trades today @ 1.53.
