I have it as a 10% discount to MOC on FY15 and 12.5% discount on FY16 based on MOC consensus numbers. MOC has the higher yield because they pay out near 100% while AFG will be around 75%.
MOC has promised much the past few years but always struggle to deliver sustained EPS growth. FY14 EPS was the same as FY06
