It might be a bit better than that. The NTA was about $21m at June 2008. So in theory if everything was sold at book value with nothing for goodwill then AFGHA holders would get 100c in the dollar.
Now we are fairly sure that some of the assets are impaired more than shows on the balance sheet and will not sell for that. But the goodwill is probably worth something. For AFGHA holders to get nothing we need the NTA to deterioate by more than $350m and the goodwill to be worth nothing. Whilst that scenario is certainly feasible it is by no means definite.
