they made the last payment in may so i dont see why they wont cont to do so, the note still has a 100 face value in worst case of wind up notes rank ahead of shareholders so if you were to get 10 cent in the dollar you would get your money back, if there is a takeover would be best you would get 100.
plus a dividend beginning of november of 5 dollars, amazing !
