Sorry - I was not very clear. I don't know exactly where we are in the queue but I think it likely that we rank equally with the other unsecured creditors. What is clear is that, at the moment, we rank behind the secured creditors.
The worst case if a liquidator is appointed is that we stay exactly where we are. The best case is that some or all of the banks' claim is reduced to rank equally with ours. In that respect we would "move up".
My more general point is that appointing a liquidator would not seem to hurt our position (given that the receiver is going to sell the assets anyway) and it might even improve it.
