I don't hold any of these but I certainly wouldn't listen to any advice over the telephone....Put it in writing...Takes a few minutes..photocopy all relevant documentaion and send it to the appropriate people...better still fax it to as many relevant people you know of...
Sounds like overkill but when there's lots of creditors the noisiest ones will be the first to get their money....
Once it's in writing it's hard for you to be overlooked....Personally I think the way the whole thing has been handled, especially the recent price manipulation, shows that the people handling this are untrustworthy at best.....
When you are trying to get back some of your money under these circumstances an aggressive stance is required.....Don't wait to be contacted because that may never happen....
You have got absolutely nothing to lose by faxing a letter...remember mail can go astray....a fax is a record of receipt...
