As ace says, they go ex tomorrow.
If AFG goes into administration / liquidation before the payment is made I think it basically just gets added to the claims on the unsecured creditors i.e. you are asking $105.15 (or whatever) per note rather than $100.
If AFG is in liquidation I am pretty sure you won't get your payment and will have to wait for the process to complete. If there is an administrator then I believe there may be some chance of getting the payment being made (I am no insolvency expert though).
