i dont rekon the inst rate for these notes will drop by more than 1% ..
here are westpacs (WCTPA) distribution rates this year ,
31 March 2008 - 5.7260%
30 June 2008 - 6.1670%
30 Sept 2008 - 6.1320%
31 Dec 2008 - 5.5720%
going off westpacs recent forcast for their dec distibution yeild, one would think that AFGHA's inst rate would drop from 10.04 to around 9.00
Anyways even if the isnt rates drops even more than 9% i think its a win win situation for AFG and AFGHA holders as the companys loans are variable therefore the coy is paying less inst = increased profits fo shareholders.
