From what I understand, if the banks rank equally with unsecured creditors (ie. AFGHA holders) for the sum of $400mil then we might end up getting a bit back, but as I said, that might be a long shot. The banks will fight like hell to keep the $400mil and not share it with the rest.
AFGHA holders are owed $350mil, so if we can get, let's say $100mil out of the $400mil, then we should get about 28c in the dollar. Still way off from the total amount owed, but better than nothing.
