Our best hope is for some form of takeover that either pays out and replaces the present Board and management, or which handsomely pays out all equity holders while also replacing the Board and management.

The present Board and management can regard their tenure as wholly successful having proven and qualified an awesome array of products, though now the next generation of differently qualified and connected management professionals need to necessarily come in to take these products and it's associated IP successfully to market.

Were the above conceded and implemented I would have no problem seeing certain persons take healthy golden parachutes for their focus on the qualification works to date.
