This is possible,SA is a member of the bank, (PIC - government owned) has about 20% in RES. So politics will play its part if PJ is talking to his shareholders with the right influence.

So RES is not gonna go down, they will be given the money, I think for us here in SA the project is important for energy purposes to keep the lights on and for employment ( governmental goal) and the PIC has money lots of it. So I am not worried about funding.
