I honestly believe that if you conducted a psychometric analysis of James Hird and Kevin Rudd, the results would be astonishingly similar. I'm not trying to be a smart arse here, they both share extremely similar traits when deflecting blame, extreme narcissism (James' press conference the other day was very similar to Rudd's announcement of an election - "me, I & my" as opposed to "us, we and team") refusal to accept responsibility and lying. Anyway, the thing that will eventually catch them both out is "the difference between the truth and a lie is that the truth never changes"
