Totally disagree. The extra time rule was only brought in for finals games so as not to mess up the program for the rest of the teams in the finals. At the time the overwhelming majority agreed & probably still do, that the Grand Final should be left unchanged & for a full replay to be the decider in the event of a draw. If it was purely about the 'Greedy AFL', we'd still have replays for all finals games.
Given the sensational show that both sides put on today, why wouldn't you want to see them go at it again next week?
