Anyone think the following is logical and practical?
If when kicking towards the goal the following happens then would it not be acceptable if:
1) the ball hits the goal post then passes through the goal area, it is a goal.
2) the ball hits the goal post then passes through the point area, it is a point.
3) the ball hits the point post then passes through the point area, it is a point.
4) the ball hits the point post then passes over the boundary line, it is out of bounds.
5) the ball hits either the goal or point posts and rebounds into the field area, it is ‘play on.’
6) a ‘free kick’ shot at the goals, after the siren, the ball becomes dead after it either passes through the score posts, goes over the boundary line or rebounds into the field area from hitting either the goal or point posts.
