Also I do not like the idea of a game being influenced by a "CHAOS BALL" being generated by an uncontrollable external influence such as hitting the post and bouncing back into play. A defender may not have put a foot wrong all day yet could concede a goal in this instance from circumstances beyond his control.
Leave the rules alone, get rid of Bartlett and get rid of Demetriou.
