I hear Perth is buzzing and thank goodness your home state has that wonderful new 60,000 seat stadium.

Today I got a email from Collingwoodfc asking me about my game day experience this year.

I saw three matches against Essendon, Suns and Freo and got to see three defeats and worst of all watched other people sitting in my prized reserve seats on each occassion. Not a season I wish to repeat.

I hope Perth puts on a great day weather wise next Saturday and I hope everybody in WA can experience some of the magic of Grand Final Day.

Our traditional multi family GF BBQ has been cancelled for the second year in a row.

Can we swap premiers please, or better still can I emigrate to WA?

I was in Melbourne for the Bulldogs/Swans match in 2016 but we didn't go to the match. I booked the accommodation 12 months earlier hoping the Eagles were going to get in but they weren't even close in 2016. It was really great to be around the atmosphere of the Final though.

I didn't get tickets for this one although i was 86900 in the queue. Looked at something else at exactly the wrong time.

I haven't even been to Optus but i am intending to go with my family for the Wafl Grand Final on October the 2nd.

I am a bit relaxed about who wins but I really loved the way Melbourne played the other night. Gawn is just fantastic so hopefully he can do well again in the big match. Don't underestimate Luke Beveridge though.
