No way they can go the whole season without having a slump or if they do they'll crash out early in the finals.
Losing Tomlinson is a pretty big deal if they lost May & Lever it would be game over. Dees have plenty of depth in midfield & forwards, not so sure about the backs. Jetta is too small & Petty too inexperienced. Not trading McDonald is going to turn out to be pretty important by the end of the season.
I get the feeling the reason why they played Brown over Weiderman is to save embarressment over their big name signing. Weiderman is out of contract at the end of the year & kicking goals for fun in the VFL, if the Dees don't start playing him soon someone else will snap him up.
