Well I guess we could take a look how many premierships each team has won since the AFL era started in 1990.
Eagles & Brisbane Lions are up there with the best. Eagles may have had a trashy year, but are still the equal 2nd best team of the past 3 and a half decades, which is absolutely amazing for their location. (Best mascot animal too imo)
I hope Lions win the premiership this year, I think we kind of have an advantage compared to other interstate teams though, with the Fitzroy connection meaning we got more VIC supporters than the other interstate teams.
