It's a clear cut dangerous tackle because his head hit the ground, worse than that he got concussed.
Players have been told if they tackle a player in any way & the head hits the ground it's a dangerous tackle.
The AFL have a duty of care to protect the players from concussions, not only that if they don't they'll get sued.
