    he drove him is part of the momentum the north player had coming from behind in laying the tackle (your trajectory & momentum is going the same way/direction that tackle is made) - often it gets paid as a push in the back which is unfair if they understood the physics of force & motion - you can't just decide to stop momentum as you lay a tackle
