Seems to be a big issue with a lot of sports stars when their career ends & their lives lack the competitive environment, the teamship, the highs of winning etc.
Not sure it's just a solution for the AFL but they should be playing their part. As a generalisation their lives shouldn't just be all about playing AFL from leaving school until retirement.
