I guess it works both ways, it's not an easy place for interstaters to play in Optus Stadium. WA should probably eventually get another team, it's a pretty big footy state, so should SA.
While NSW and QLD are obviously more rugby focussed.
Btw if the NT got a team up in Darwin, that would be an even bigger advantage, seeing how badly Victorian teams can't handle the humidity and heat.
