AFL management and umpiring in disarray, I'm too humble to say I told you so lol
However, I have no problem with the rushed/deliberate behind free, had other options to run off to the right.
Re HTB, the mid season changes were great, blow the whistle sooner for a ball up and also award a free prior to being allowed a ridiculous amount of time to dispose of the ball and being slung 450 degrees.
But, now players are breaking free, attempting to run away, having had ample prior opportunity, but when run down and tackled with the ball falling free, no penalty, ball up!
Why? These non decisions are so blatant and easy to officiate!
Sack Laura Kane and McBurney NOW. They are hopeless. Yet all management do is deny and disrespect the football public (the owners of the game).
Umpiring error has affected the result of at least six games this season, that is not insignificant.
