Interesting read, here is the current Premiership window, basically it ranks the teams on how good they are offensively and defensively and combines those 2 stat's together.

So Sydney are currently the best team offensively and defensively, the Blues are the 2nd best attacking team, but rank 13th on defence, hence why they are outside of the premiership window currently, and the Pies are 6th best attacking team but ranked 12th defensively (no surprises there as they usually just scrape over the opposition when they win). Freo are the 2nd best defensively but rank 11th offensively.
