in these days of equal representation in the workplace wouldn’t it be fairer to at least have 50% of players straight and 50% bi or gay as a minimum?
If this domination is causing other women distress, bullying, being sexualised in their workplace to a point they need to leave surely the AFL must act or players could potentially look at damages from the league?
