    Yes Reaper, he could have been delivering meals on wheels or have been selling tickets in a chocolate raffle. Just because he had a black flag, his passport was cancelled, he was a muslim, he had two knives and made kill Abbott threats and stabbed two policemen doesn't mean he was doing anything of concern.
