So investment lesson learnt here on the investment banks and IPO's and of the plan stuff.
investors do not know what is loaded up in some prospectus.
Example: At IPOs those guys and girls writing up a cap raising 1/ issue options 2/ currently held option convert them to ordinary share holding 3/ create cap raising then multiply x 50 at a share price value not accounting for investment bank fees. ( fully priced IPO share price ) 4/ collect at IPO launch no wonder some cheer when the company floats.
IMO maybe thinking too much...
So investment lesson learnt here on the investment banks and...
