• engages with companies to probe board decision making andestablish commercial context behind director judgements(Nope, didnt do this)

• subject to availability, will meet with issuers on governance issues atany time of the year, without ‘blackout’ periods or restrictions(Nope, didnt do this)

• where factual uncertainties exist, will use best endeavours to contactissuers to resolve them(Nope, didnt do this post ISX release saying facts were wrng)

• when considering an ‘against’ recommendation, will use bestendeavours to seek any publicly available information or commercialcontext that might inform its position without selectively revealing itsfinal recommendation

• does not provide pre-publication draft reports to companies forfact-checking but will make a copy of its final report andrecommendations available to companies, free of charge, at thesame time that the report is published to its client group(Nope, didnt do this. ISX still dnt have a copy)

• if contacted about a potential error in one of its reports, willimmediately issue a correction if there is a material factualinaccuracy but will not issue a correction on matters of differences ofopinion or immaterial grammatical mistakes.(Nope, didnt do this post ISX release where ISX states facts were wrong)
