for the record i would expect Regal to take a short position once their view of a stock has turned negative, its what they do.

is it illegal to sell a share and short a stock? no. Is OM report insider information?, no they were just asking questions on the publically available information

Have the hedge funds ganged up on ISX , I suspect so once they saw some potential blood on the street.
